Concho Valley Pest & Termite was built on more than just experience — it was built on family, community, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. When the Bloodworth and Wilha families came together, it wasn’t just to start another pest control company—it was to create something better. With over 25 years of combined experience in the pest control industry, we’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what truly matters when it comes to protecting a home.

 

Steven Wilha brings over 16 years of hands-on experience and continues to serve the community through both pest and termite services as well as home inspections with Best in the West. Katie Wilha, with a decade in the industry, manages operations, customer care, and marketing—making sure every client feels heard, valued, and taken care of from the first call to the final service. Thomas Bloodworth, a dedicated part of both the company and the community for years, plays a key role in supporting and helping grow the business. And Brooklyn, a registered dental hygienist at Dr. Wall’s office here in town, represents the same heart for serving people that runs through everything we do.

 

We’re all raising families here in the Concho Valley, and that perspective shapes how we approach our work. We understand the responsibility that comes with stepping onto someone’s property and protecting what matters most. That’s why we don’t believe in quick, surface-level treatments—we believe in doing the job thoroughly, standing behind our work, and treating every home like it belongs to someone we know.
